Tulgey, also known as Cheshire Cat, is a character on Once Upon a Time. He débuts in the second episode of its season. He's portrayed by guest star Jakub Gierszal & the original counterpart of Tully.

Cheshire Cat is based on the animal character from Lewis Carroll's novels, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland & Through the Looking-Glass, and What Alice Found There, & from the Disney film, Alice in Wonderland. He uses imagery of Romeo from the "Romeo and Juliet" Shakespearean tale. He's also an allusion to Violet Parr from the Disney/Pixar film The Incredibles.
